Below are links to the teacher survey and student post-test that we need as part of your participation in the study.

To complete the teacher survey, simply click on the link. You will be directed to a survey that can be completed and submitted online. Please note that this online survey is different from the one you submitted earlier this year.

Teacher survey/Post-test

For the student post-test, click on the link which corresponds with your grade level. Please print out* and distribute the tests to your students. It is suggested that the post-test be completed in two sittings on separate days (they don't have to be consecutive). Students should complete the algebra section first and the geometry section second. In addition, it is critical that you do not separate the algebra and geometry sections. Please keep all sections of the assessment together and have your students complete the demographic section for identification.

Please complete the teacher survey and have your students take the assessment by April 20, 2005. Once completed, please return the student assessments using the postage paid envelope we have sent you, or mail them to:
