As manager of strategic services, Mr. Mitchell manages Hezel Associates’ market research, market planning, strategic planning and assessment projects for higher education institutions and other clients. In a project for the Arizona Academic Program Articulation Steering Committee, Mr. Mitchell managed the project team that evaluated the success and impact of the transfer articulation system between Arizona’s public community colleges and universities. Mr. Mitchell has designed, implemented and analyzed surveys and focus groups, conducted competitive analyses and has benchmarked best practices. He is the primary leader in the development of IQAT, the Interactive Quality Assessment Tool. Clients include private and public, for-profit and not-for-profit higher education institutions, state education organizations, non-profit organizations and distance learning service companies.
